Travis Kelce Gives Cheeky Nod to Girlfriend Taylor Swift in Super Bowl 2024 Opening Video: ‘Ready for It?’
The game opened with a promotional video featuring players from the two teams — the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers — taking the field at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium. And as the Chiefs tight end, 34, made an appearance, he gave an adorable nod to one of his pop-superstar girlfriend’s hit songs.
In the clip, which fans recorded and shared on social media, Kelce teased the upcoming game by saying, “Are you ready for it?” — seemingly making a reference to Swift’s track, ” … Ready for It?” off her 2017 album Reputation.
He also played into the fun nod by flashing a cheeky wink.
Swifties were also thrilled by Kelce’s playful appearance in the opening video, taking to X to share how much they loved the moment
