The tight end is teaming up with Kodiak Cakes to give out 25,000 meals to Kansas City students. The pair will work with the non-profit, after school program Operation Breakthrough to donate the hot breakfasts.

Back in 2022, Kelce, 34, invested in the food brand, which focuses on protein-packed, whole grain breakfast items. Plus, Kelce has worked with Operation Breakthrough over the years through Eighty-Seven & Running, a foundation that the NFL star founded in 2015 focused on mentoring underserved youth.

His mom Donna Kelce also donated proceeds from her cookie bake sale at Arrowhead Stadium in December to Operation Breakthrough.

Joining forces with my friends over at Kodiak to fuel the Operation Breakthrough families is a total privilege,” Kelce said in a release. “Alongside Kodiak, a brand I love, we will be making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day life of hundreds of Kansas City kids, and I couldn’t be more excited to make this happen.”

Operation Breakthrough has programs for children as young as 6 weeks old through high school. They’ll receive options like breakfast bars, granola bars, pancakes, oatmeal and more from Kodiak. The meals will be donated “immediately,” PEOPLE confirms.
