Travis Kelce’s ex posted snaps from her Caribbean vacation. Not everyone was pleased

Sure, Kayla Nicole is drop dead gorgeous with a bikini ready bod, but her latest photo dump didn’t win over all of the Internet.

Travis Kelce’s ex posted photos from a trip to Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean, posing up a storm. But two snaps from her carousel made headlines for the wrong reasons. One shows her holding a starfish in the palm of her hand, another sees the creature plastered on the L.A. native’s chest.

Some of her more environmentally conscious followers took note.

One complained that the oil and chemicals on the influencer’s skin can be harmful and worse, that the poor thing couldn’t breathe.

“You do realize when you take the starfish out of the water it was suffocating, right?” a social media user weighed in.

No lies detected. Once a starfish is unbeached, it will eventually “dry up and die,” as per National Geographic.

“[They] can use only their dermal gills present on the upper surface of the body to breathe,” reports the nature mag.

Another replied, “I was here to say the same thing: Great pics, sad for the starfish.”

The former sports reporter didn’t comment on the oversight, but at least one of her 787,000 followers made light of the matter by referencing the famed “Sponge Bob Square Pants” cartoon character.
