The Kansas City Chiefs player, 34, left a great impression on the X Games host, 52, the presenter shared in an Instagram post on April 17, after he recently met Kelce for a one-on-one interview.

Masekela described Kelce as “the absolute realest dude” as he posted a photo of himself and the athlete chatting in a kitchen.

“Yesterday vs Today. Having a ’s only kinda week,” the sports commentator wrote in his caption, while also sharing another snap taken the previous day of him with Olympic surfer Carissa Moore at her book release in New York City.

Kelce’s one-on-one interview with Masekela was seemingly recorded a couple of days before the release of his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s new album The Tortured Poets Department on April 19.
