Taylor Swift will go on a diet with Travis Kelce because she feels guilty about her poor shape: Junk food is out, no sugar, and definitely no drinking

Taylor Swift is reportedly stunned by the criticism Travis Kelce has faced over his fitness and is stepping in to support him in getting back into top shape.

The famous singer is fully invested in helping Kelce rebound quickly after facing backlash for being perceived as “chunked up” and “out of shape” in the early part of the NFL season.

Set to follow a strict diet
“All the commentators are saying that he partied like a monster during offseason, and he’s only got himself to blame for being out of shape and out of form,” the source told Life & Style.

“Taylor and Travis both insist it’s being blown out of proportion, but there’s no doubt Taylor feels a little guilty that it’s gotten to this point because it is true that he spent his offseason living the good life with her.

“Even after training camp he was off his diet and partying with her and her friends because that’s what she wanted to do.

“She is now making it her mission to help him shed the weight and get his six-pack back so that he can have all the haters eating their words.

“She’s promised to go on the diet with him for support, at least when they’re together. That means all the junk food is out, no sugar, and definitely no drinking.”

After helping the Kansas City Chiefs secure a win over the San Francisco 49ers in the 2024 Super Bowl, Kelce spent a significant part of his offseason accompanying Swift during the international leg of her Eras tour.

As the 2024/25 season got underway, however, some fans and critics felt that Kelce’s on-field performance was not meeting expectations, fueling speculation that he was not in his best physical form.
