Taylor Swift is a special guest in Team USA Olympics video celebrating Simone Biles, Katie Ledecky

Taylor Swift lent her voice to an inspiring new Olympics promo, which hyped up Team USA stars Simone Biles, Katie Ledecky and Sha’Carri Richardson.

The NBC video paid tribute to the female athletes who have been dominating in the pool, on the track, and the gymnastics mat in Paris this Summer.

‘Never be afraid to show them who you are,’ the songstress is heard saying, while the re-recorded version of her hit song, Style, played in the background.

Especially when the whole world is watching. Because there’s no one way to be the best. No one way to inspire everyone else who will someday follow. You do what you love. You love what you do. You believe in your style, whatever it is.’

Footage of Biles, Ledecky and Richardson, who have all taken home medals this week, flashed on screen throughout the video.

It comes one week after Swift threw her support behind Team USA by providing the soundtrack for another rousing hype video.

‘So ready to scream at my tv cheering for these athletes,’ the Love Story hitmaker captioned a post on her Instagram Story.

It was accompanied by an emotional video featuring stars like LeBron James, Noah Lyles and Sha’Carri Richardson while her song, Ready For It, played in the background.

However, the promo featured a live version of Swift performing the track from her Reputation album, which was recorded during her Eras Tour in 2023.

The Grammy winner has close ties to Team USA, particularly the women’s gymnastics team and Biles.

She paid tribute to the decorated gymnast in 2021 after she withdrew from several events at the Tokyo Olympics.

In response, Biles wrote on social media, ‘I’m crying, how special. I love you @taylorswift13.’

Swift replied, ‘I cried watching YOU. I feel so lucky to have gotten to watch you all these years, but this week was a lesson in emotional intelligence and resilience. We all learned from you. Thank you.’

The singer also hyped up Biles’ teammates Suni Lee and Jade Carey after they were forced to step up in the wake of Biles’ mental health struggles.

Swift’s history with the Games dates all the way back to 2008 when NBC invited her to perform at the Olympics in Beijing, China.

Although her Fearless Tour schedule interfered with the event, her song Change was prominently featured in promo videos
