Sofía Vergara Shares Rare Snap of Boyfriend Justin Saliman on Italy Vacation: ‘I’m Staying’

The ‘Griselda’ star and orthopedic surgeon were first linked in October 2023

Sofía Vergara is loved up on vacation!

Her surgeon boyfriend then appeared in the next photo smiling at the camera while lounging on a sofa bed on a draped deck outdoors, while he was also featured in a video on her Instagram Stories.

Vergara began dating orthopedic surgeon Saliman following her divorce from ex-husband Joe Manganiello after seven years of marrige last year. The former couple announced their separation in July 2023 and finalized their divorce in February.

The pair were first linked after they were photographed together in October 2023 going to dinner at Funke restaurant in Beverly Hills for Kim Kardashian’s birthday celebration. Since then they’ve been spotted on several occasions spending quality time together.

Elsewhere on Tuesday, Vergara shared more vacation snaps in a second post as she declared, “I’m staying☀️🇮🇹,” in the caption.

The Modern Family alum appeared in a smiling selfie in the first snap while standing on a hill overlooking a large grassy backyard behind her with a swimming pool and deck chairs laid out.

Vergara also appeared in a couple of other photos as she posed in a doorway by a large candlestick holder in a dining room and in the sunny outdoors as she sat next to a horse head statue outside an equestrian center.
The America’s Got Talent judge’s vacation comes after she was spotted with Saliman heading out for sushi in Beverly Hills on June 29. The couple’s sighting followed Vergara opening up to PEOPLE about the challenges of dating again in the public eye back in May.

“Everything gets so exaggerated. Everything sometimes gets not interpreted the right way,” she explained at the time. “So life is already hard. Having relationships is hard. Problems are hard.”

“And then to see it out there and be completely changed, you want to be like, ‘What is going on?’ But you just get used to it. It comes with being famous, so you can’t complain that much,” she added.
In terms of her current romance, Vergara the has full support of her pal and fellow AGT judge, Heidi Klum.

The 51-year-old model shared after attending the actress’ birthday celebration last week, which Saliman also attended, that she is “very happy” for Vergara.

Calling Saliman “such a sweetheart,” Klum told Entertainment Tonight, “I want everyone to be happy at the end of the day, You want to walk through life with someone by your side, because what is it if you have all these beautiful things and you travel to the most gorgeous places or whatever it is or even being at home doing dinner together. You want to do that with a person.”
