Purchased by Taylor Swift in 2013 for a cash payment of $17,750,000, the home contains 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 11,000 square feet, and over 700 feet of shoreline.
It is thought to be the highest point of direct waterfront land on the entire Eastern Seaboard, not to mention the most expensive home in the state of Rhode Island, responsible for the infamous “Taylor Swift tax.”
Rumor has it she put up a “No Tresspassing” sign that read: I knew you were trouble when you walked in on the exclusive property.

The pop star wasted no time getting her friends together after wrapping up the European leg of her international Eras Tour.
The late-August getaway turned out to be one of the wildest parties of the summer, featuring Travis Kelce, Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Jason and Kylie Kelce, and more celebrities.
Although Lively was the reason for the gathering, the birthday girl has gotten overlooked by other drama between the guests. Brittany Mahomes was a surprise invite just days after her social media endorsement of Donald Trump that clashes with Swift and Kelce’s political ideals.
Of course, paparazzi also swarmed the lavish residence to get a glimpse of Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs teammate, Travis Kelce, who was reuniting with Swift for the first time since they were on stage together in London.
With the NFL season starting soon, Chiefs fans will hope Swift and Mahomes can smooth things over. There’s no better place to do it than her $18 million palace on the hill.
