Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a huge problem with their chief of staff as they have to recruit a new one
this is not what they wanted to do but there is no other choice

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a lot of people they can trust, but one of them will no longer be around and that is a big problem. According to reports, the couple’s chief of staff has quit after only three months in the position and concerned has mounted.

“Josh Kettler is no longer working for them,” a source in California has made public. Let’s not forget there is where Harry and Markle live, and sources say they have started the search of a new one.

The schedule is tight for the Prince and the Duchess of Sussex, as they will be making a lot of traveling and one of these trips included a visit to Colombia. In this trip, Kettler was ser to accompany the couple on their four-day visit and the most interesting thing of all is that there has been no public reason for his departure.

Losing staff members is a common trend
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have had tough times with staff members before. For some reason, it seems that people don’t want to stay with them to work long-term as it has been reported that since the couple married back in 2018, they have lost at least 18 employees.

“What may be most telling is that the entire time I worked there, I don’t think I heard a single current or former employee on their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance,” a former staffer has made public, only adding more fuel to the fire.

“These aren’t employees they had just found off the streets,” the ex-employee continued. “Many of them are people who had previously excelled working for demanding bosses in high-performance companies and environments.”
