Kim Kardashian is recovering from a painful injury to the middle finger on her left hand, as she showed in a preview for the July 18 episode of The Kardashians.

Kardashian removes the splint to show what looks like a bloody stump at the tip of her finger. “Oh, it looks great,” the doctor says.

In the clip, the Skims founder, 43, has a splint covering her middle finger as she visits a doctor’s office for a checkup. Her ring finger also appears to show a mark or injury at its tip.

“The, like, tip broke off,” Kardashian explains in her confessional as an X-ray flashes on the screen. “It was, like, more painful than childbirth.”
