Kim Kardashian Believes She Can ‘Fully Rule a Country’ After Watching a Full Season of The Crown
As Kim reflected on the past year in the ‘Kardashians’ season 5 finale, she also joked about how her TV viewing experience has made her feel confident in her country-ruling qualifications
Kim Kardashian knows she can do it all.
The SKIMS founder looked back on the changes that have happened in her life as season 5 of The Kardashians came to an end on Thursday, July 25.
In a confessional, Kim, 43, said she is focusing on being a better version of herself as she continues to grow in her career.
“This year has been so good,” she said. “I’m entering my actress era. I had no clue this was going to happen. I’ve taken some time off just to really focus on being the best mom I could be.”
“I’m not gonna lie: I just watched the whole season of The Crown. I could fully f—ing rule a country,” she jokingly added, referring to the final season of the Netflix show, which followed the marriage of Camilla and Prince Charles after Diana’s death.
Kim also said that she has “learned so much” and is looking forward to the future.
This year, Kim has entered the acting space — something she hopes to continue with — taking on a role alongside Emma Roberts in American Horror Story: Delicate. In June, the makeup mogul spoke to Chloë Sevigny for Variety’s Actors on Actors series and explained how she got the role.
She explained that creator Ryan Murphy called her and said, “I really want to write something for you. Would you consider doing American Horror Story?”
“I obviously know the franchise — and it was an honor,” Kim shared. “Sometimes it just takes that one person to really believe in you and give you that push.”
The moment was also documented on this season of The Kardashians.
Now, the SKKN creator is set to partner with Murphy again, this time on a new series where she will play a high-powered divorce attorney.
“I’m really excited about it,” she admitted. “And, again, that confidence that he believes in me to take this project on means so much to me. And it feels so right as a character that I could be a lawyer in real life and play one on TV.”
