Diddy is a ‘dead man walking’ as the walls close in amid escalating federal case
The hip-hop mogul is incarcerated in New York
Sean “Diddy” Combs has seen his life change dramatically in 2024 as years of heinous allegations have finally caught up to the hip-hop mogul. Combs, known as the founder of Bad Boy Records and for his work with the Notorious B.I.G. and Jennifer Lopez, was arrested last week in an escalation of a case that federal authorities have been building against him for a while.
Diddy faces serious charges that could land him in prison for the rest of his life. A federal grand jury has unsealed a three-count indictment against the 54-year-old that has caused a prominent comedian to liken Combs to an infamous financier who died in prison while awaiting trial on similar charges of sexual misconduct.
Diddy is “as bad as Epstein”
Funnyman Eddie Griffin delivered an ominous analysis of Diddy’s case on his YouTube channel this week. Griffin thinks that Diddy is a “dead man walking” in light of the sex trafficking charges he is facing, and he even claimed that there might be a “$100 million bounty” on Diddy’s head — allegedly financed by “every record label executive” that thinks Diddy might snitch on accomplices.
“Who’s hiding? Freak off peoples, they’re coming to get you,” Griffin remarked while referencing Combs’ infamous alleged sex parties. “He (is) a dead man, that’s for damn sure.”
Griffin drew parallels between Diddy’s case and that of Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire financier who was arrested in July 2019 amid charges of sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York. Epstein committed suicide in his jail cell in New York a month later; many still believe Epstein was killed in order to shut him up. The general public had long known of the allegations surrounding him, including procuring minors for prominent public figures and even politicians.
Diddy is currently being held without bail in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, and he has also been charged with racketeering conspiracy and transportation for the purposes of prostitution. No trial date has been set yet, and the public is waiting with bated breath for more developments.
