Pop star’s cute moments from the stands made a social media frenzy. Her romance with Travis Kelce made headlines, pulling everyone into the NFL world. The impact on the league has been monumental. But not everyone’s liking it.
An NFL player, on condition of anonymity, recently talked about the pop star with The Athletic and said, “I feel like she’s getting unnecessary coverage. There was the whole NFL season opening video on Twitter and she was featured five times and our quarterback was featured none. That’s not even right. She is not the NFL.” But he was one of those 5 players who called her influence ‘negative.’
