BIANCA Censori’s recent almost topless outing may have left onlookers stunned, but she is unlikely to get arrested for flashing the flesh due to a ‘legal caveat,’ The U.S. Sun can reveal.

Kanye West’s wife is known for flouting norms of decency while out and about and turned heads again this week in Los Angeles.

Bianca was snapped leaving a tanning salon in West Hollywood with her breasts on show in a completely seethrough top and tan underwear.

She matched her barely-there look with a baseball cap and heels and was seen tottering to her car and climbing in the driver’s seat.

Reports have been circulated that claim she is at risk of being banned from restaurants and venues in Los Angeles due to her outrageous dress sense.

Attorney Neama Rahmani, the President and co-founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told The U.S. Sun, “Under California law, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail.
