Awesome; Kate Middleton Christmas plans with King after cancer battle
Kate and William have chosen to spend Christmas with the King, as the Royal family rallies together following a year-long battle with cancer. This festive gathering will be the first time the royals have congregated in large numbers after a challenging year for the monarch and the Princess of Wales, who were diagnosed with the disease within days of each other
Remarkably, King Charles and Kate were
hospitalised at the same time for several days in January. The King was reported to have ‘toddled’ down the hospital corridor to console his cherished daughter-in-law as they both recuperated from surgeries.
As reported by the Mirror, the future queen was admitted to the London Clinic in Marylebone for an abdominal operation on January 16, coinciding with Charles’s admission for a procedure on an enlarged prostate. Subsequent tests revealed that the King was battling a “form of cancer”, while shockingly, doctors also found in Kate’s post-op tests that the disease had been “present” in her body
