In the podcast interview with The Athletic’s Dianna Russini just days before NFL rookies and quarterbacks are set to hit the field for training camp, Reid couldn’t help but laugh when he referred to his star tight end as Taylor Swift’s “water boy.”
It might sound harsh, but the coach meant it as a compliment. He said that Swift and Kelce both enjoy getting opportunities to support each other and let the other be a star.
