Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian has expressed his pride over the couple’s daughters Olympia and Adira. Williams and Ohanian became parents for the first time in September 2017, when they welcomed their first child, daughter Olympia, to the world. Last year, Williams gave birth to the power couple’s second child, daughter Adira River.
Olympia’s birth came with near-life-threatening consequences for former World No. 1 and 23-time singles Major winner Serena Williams. However, she survived the ordeal, two months after which she tied the knot with Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. Later, via an epic gender reveal party, it was announced that their second child was also a girl, who was born in August 2023 and named Adira River.
Recently, Ohanian took to X and stated how proud he is of being a father to daughters Olympia and Adira. The Reddit co-founder also said he is blessed to be in this position.
“I’m so proud to be a father to two amazing little girls. An absolute blessing,” Ohanian wrote.
