Adam Schefter hints he knows something important about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift but can’t say it
Fans are desperate to hear details about their relationship
ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter has hinted that there could be some very big news on the horizon about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
They are undoubtedly the biggest couple in the NFL right now with Swift cementing her place as one of the most successful artists in the world and Kelce now competing for a third consecutive Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs.
With the relationship between the duo now being very public and seemingly very serious, fans are desperate to know if Kelce is going to propose to Taylor and presumably plan what would be an incredible wedding.
When the NFL Live crew was talking about Kelce’s new racehorse named “Swift Delivery,” Schefter made comments about Kelce also purchasing a wedding ring.
“I have a question,” Schefter said after host Laura Rutledge joked about it not being a ring purchase. “Laura, Laura. How do you know that Travis Kelce didn’t buy an engagement ring?”
Rutledge then pressed him on if he had any more information about the supposed engagement.
“I’m just saying you said that he didn’t buy an engagement ring,” Schefter said. “I’m just wondering how you had that information.”
Schefter keeps his lips sealed
Booger McFarland weighed in on the conversation: “The awkward silence right there speaks volumes. Schefty, do you know something?”
“All I did was ask a question about how Laura knew he didn’t buy an engagement ring,” replied Schefter.
Recently, speculation about a possible engagement has picked up steam after a Taylor Swift video appeared to accidentally reveal a big secret. If no one had noticed, Taylor made everyone see that unexpected move on stage.
During a performance in Warsaw, Poland, while preparing to play her iconic pink guitar, Swift seemed to realize she was wearing a ring on her left ring finger, the traditional place for an engagement ring.
She quickly moved to remove it, but the gesture did not go unnoticed by attentive observers, sparking a flurry of theories among her fans.
