Coco Gauff, Danielle Collins, Jessica Pegula, Emma Navarro, and Madison Keys are ranked within the WTA Top 15. This marks the first time since May 2004 that five American women have been ranked within the Top 15. Former American player Lindsay Davenport was delighted with her compatriot’s achievement.

In the latest rankings released by the WTA, five Americans occupy spots within the Top 15. World No. 2 and reigning US Open champion Coco Gauff leads the way with Jessica Pegula in No. 6.Danielle Collins, who has been in fine form in her final season on Tour, occupies No. 9 while No.14 Madison Keys and No.15 Emma Navarro complete the set.The last occurrence of five Americans in the WTA Top 15 was in May 2004, featuring Lindsay Davenport, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Jennifer Capriati, and Chanda Rubin. Davenport, who ranked World No. 1 for a total of 98 weeks, was delighted over the achievement. She took to X and reposted USTA’s post about the feat.
