Viral video: Travis Kelce grooves to Taylor Swift’s ‘Cruel Summer’ at 2024 ACC tournament
On Saturday (Jul 13), NFL star Travis Kelce was seen singing Taylor Swift’s hit song “Cruel Summer” during the 2024 American Century Championship in Nevada. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, showed off his Swiftie side at the celebrity charity golf event.
On Friday, (Jul 12), Travis was seen singing and dancing to a remix of Swift’s song “Lavender Haze.” NBC Sports Bay Area and CA shared a video of him jamming out as he waited for his turn on the course.
Travis’ time at the tournament has been full of excitement. On Friday, he accidentally hit a spectator with a ball after a big swing. He quickly walked over to check on her and later joked that he should at least take a picture with her. Paramedics helped the fan off the course and the event continued.
In another incident, Kelce was seen laughing off a bad swing at the competition after a fan yelled, “It’s alright, you still got Taylor!” to which Kelce replied, “You ain’t lying there.”
Rob McElhenney, Miles Teller, Aaron Rodgers, Josh Allen, Don Cheadle and Michael Peña are also competing in the American Century Championship, which will end on July 14.
The two started dating in September 2023. Despite having busy schedules, they often show up at each other’s major milestone events to show support and love. In February, Taylor flew halfway across the world to watch Travis play at the Super Bowl.
