Meteorologist Goes Viral Over Taylor Swift-Inspired Weather Report
Ameteorologist’s Taylor Swift-themed weather report has delighted the internet.
Adam Krueger, chief meteorologist at CW39 Houston, has been making followers smile with his music-inspired forecasts, with videos featuring tracks from the likes of Usher, Blink-182, Lil Jon, Metallica and the Jonas Brothers
The video begins with Krueger singing along to the song in his car, before cutting to him standing in front of a green screen in the CW39 Houston studio.
“With the rain departing today, it’s back to dry weather,” Krueger begins his broadcast.
It’s coming back around,” he adds, quoting a line from “Karma.”
“When it comes to street flooding, the storm drains are crucial. They need to be free of debris,” Krueger says, resuming his weather report, before dropping the “Karma” line: “Which is why I keep my side of the street clean.”
“I think after this wet week we’ve earned some good karma,” Krueger continues, throwing in the Swift lyrics “karma is the breeze in my hair on the weekend” and “karma’s a relaxing thought.”
“Notice how this line of storms goes from a linear shape to sort of bowing out, flexing like an acrobat a little bit as it goes through Louisiana,” Krueger says, adding: “flexing like an acrobat,” another line from Karma.
