The long-waited visit by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to Colombia has paid off in a big way, as education on important matters is key and they are providing it. They both were part of a summit in which they joined a panel of discussion on Responsible Digital Future.

The event that was held in a highly praised university in Bogota, had the Duke and Duchess of Sussex speaking and how can the students and society in general prevent bad behaviors online and produce correct paths to a correct usage of the digital world.

They both spoke about the need to prioritize humanity and connection over an unsafe digital landscape. “We should model how we want our kids to be raised and for the world in which we raise them. It doesn’t matter where you live. It doesn’t matter who you are. Either you personally or someone you know is a victim to what’s happening online. And that’s something we can actively work on every day to remedy,” she said, referring to a well know cyberbullying issue she has had to fight for a long time.
